So long as you and they both wear a matching ring, you may touch the ring and cause a bond of power to form between you. Each of you gains a measure of the other's abilities, without losing any of your own. Strength, speed, endurance, even magical ability, make the two of you greater than the individuals alone. You may maintain this bond with five people at once; it does not tax you.
The only downside is that when the bond is active, everyone involved ends up in a magical girl outfit complete with miniskirt and high heels. Including you.
